BUILD YOUR DREAM HOUSE - A TREE HOUSE!
At Canopy Tree we have come to realise that there is a child in all of us and the ultimate child's dream is a tree house. We have combined our experience with trees and the experience of riggers, carpenters, electricians and other specialists in their fields to bring you the ultimate tree house designs catered to your individual requirements and indulgence.
The Process:
- Call us and let us know what you require and what your budget is.
- We will arrange an onsite visit to discuss and assist you with a design and rough sketch. Your ideas and imagination will guide us. A Consultation fee will apply.
- We will provide an estimate of costs based on your budget and require 50% deposit upfront, a signed contract and the remaining 50% held in trust by a third party, to be paid in full on completion of works.
- On agreeing to the proposal and 50% deposit paid, we will arrange drawings and design to be done.
- We will discuss and arrange DA with your local council.
- We will arrange all tradespeople required to carry out and complete works, but extra hands may be needed during the build if required. We will keep you informed at all times of any further requirements.
- All works will be carried out by licenced trade’s people.
- All work will be guaranteed and completed within the time frame agreed by you the client and the provider (Canopy Tree Pty Ltd) once the design has been finalised and planning permits obtained.
- The client will make full payment within 24 hours of completion of the tree house.
